I’m Dr. Helen.

I specialize in leading, training, and inspiring global women — both individually, and as part of a corporate or nonprofit team.
I’ve spent the last two decades splitting my time between guiding women to take charge of their skills, expertise, network, careers — and ultimately their lives — through group programs and speaking engagements, and helping corporations attract, retain, and foster growth for the women in their organizations.
My work has taken me from Oslo to Ouagadougou, Beijing to Bangkok, and New Delhi to New York.
