Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda works at the intersection of leadership transformation, career empowerment, and belonging within organizations. Her research-backed interventions improve team dynamics, strengthen work cultures, and increase employee engagement.

As an executive coach, trainer, and speaker, Helen’s research and practice is steeped in her global perspective and unwavering belief in the joy of working with diverse teams. For over 20 years at the United Nations and in the private sector, Helen has been at the forefront of talent development.

Born in London, raised in Switzerland, and educated in the United States, she has extensive facilitation experience in both French and English on four continents. Helen holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor’s from Smith College. She is a certified Coach and licensed Career Counsellor. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and Hamptons Magazine.

When she is not immersed in coaching and training, you might find Helen engaged in either of her two favourite pastimes: running in Hyde Park or indulging in a hot chocolate.
